Description

- Do not use during pregnancy!
- Make sure that the back support is secure without pinching
- Make sure you do not tighten the band too tight, so that blood vessels and nerves are not pinched
- Slip on suspenders and posiition comfortably arround waist, hips and rib cage
- Pull side panels over each other until snug engaging
- Stretch outer elastic straps forward and press down to secure panels
