it allows to verify the state of charge of the battery and the ability to start 12V lead batteries used in vehicles. Measurement voltage 12V.
Digital tester designed for lead batteries, allows you to verify the state of charge of the battery and the ability to start 12V lead batteries, used in vehicles.
The lowest and highest starting current (CCA) values that can be tested:
EN: 185 ÷ 1125 A
IEC: 130 ÷ 790 A
DIN: 110 ÷ 670 A
SAE: 200 ÷ 1200 A
CA (MCA): 240 ÷ 1440 A
The ambient temperature for proper use of the tester is contained between 0°C and 40°C.
Battery type selection: SEAL (maintenance-free hermetic batteries of VRLA/GEL/AGM type) or SLI (acid batteries).
Selection of battery standard: EN, IEC, DIN, SAE or CA (MCA).
As a result of the test, the value of the actual starting current is given, as well as LED indication of one of the states:
the battery is good and charged
the battery is good but needs to be recharged
the battery is discharged and its status cannot be determined. Recharge and check again
the battery is not able to hold a charge or there is a short circuit in one cell and must be replaced immediately
measurement error: incorrect connection or the battery under test has an inrush current greater than the maximum allowed by the tester
