Mobile air filter station for cleaning ambient air in your body shop.
This mobile filter unit generates a downward constant air flow so that the operator can sand, spray, etc. for a long time in a healthy working environment. It absorbs and retains harmful particles of paint mist and sanding dust. It creates a working environment with clean and healthy air, which enables safe working and drastically reduces health risks.
The MSA3000 filter station is suitable for cleaning up to 450 m² of floor space during painting, spraying and sanding work.
A major advantage is the multi-phase air filtration for optimal cleaning.
The main filter and the middle filter are made of fiberglass. The main ilter complies with the HEPA standard and retains particles up to 3 µm.
The activated carbon filter removes odors and vapors from the sucked air before it is returned to the workshop
The filters are large, 50 cm x 50 cm, and easily replaceable.

The MSA3000 extraction and filter system is based on air circulation for continuous filtration.
Air is sent to the ceiling, creating a vacuum on the floor. The vacuum pushes the polluted air to the filters located at the bottom of the device. The filter process consists of 4 phases that capture particles up to 3 µm. The clean air is returned to the space above and below the working environment. All impurities are blown downwards. This mushroom-like air circulation makes it possible to clean up to 450m² of floor space.
